Stainless Steel Precision Steel Casting Process

Stainless Steel Precision Steel Casting Process

Stainless steel precision steel castings achieve relatively accurate shape and high casting accuracy. The so-called precision casting process is simply a fusible model made of fusible materials, coated with several layers of special refractory coatings, dried and hardened to form a monolithic shell, and then steam or hot water. The model is melted in the shell, and then the shell is placed in a sand box, and the dry sand shape is filled around the shell. After that, the mold is placed in a roaster and subjected to high-temperature roasting, and the mold or shell is calcined and then poured therein. The metal is molten to obtain a casting.
