How to Solve the Stainless Steel Casting Poor Spheroidizing

In the stainless steel casting spheroidizing, if the alloy is not enough, it will appear poor spheroidizing. There are other reasons like high sulphur content in molten iron; the molten iron is oxidized, causing the amount of magnesium to be burnt and causing insufficient spheroidizing agent. Solution:
1. Ensure that the amount of spheroidizing agent added is sufficient;
2. To ensure that the amount of alloy in the stainless steel castings in the normal spheroidization reaction must be appropriate;
3. Strictly control the sulfur content of the original molten iron and select low-sulfur pig iron;
4. Improve the absorption rate of the spheroidizing agent and try to prevent the burning of magnesium.
