OUR MACHINING PROCESS : 
Sebon can provide services: turning, milling, grinding, drilling, inserting, broaching, boring; polishing.
Surface preparation: passivation, polishing, plating, coating, painting, zinc phosphate, dacrotized / dacromet technology.
We offer low- and high-volume production and prototyping services, as well as secondary operations such as machining, grinding and polishing to add further value to our parts. Our carbon steel and ductile iron castings are completely custom, manufactured to match the exact specifications of our customers.
We provide a full array of non-destructive testing processes to ensure proper function and quality, including magnetic particle and x-ray inspections. We can also pressure test parts up to 30,000 PSI as needed.
